-Here are our general guidelines — we do adjust for some tummy control styles, button fly, or specialty fabrics.

-Take your true even size and subtract 1. If you like a “locked and loaded” fit and don’t carry weight in your tummy, you can size down again!

-If you are between sizes (ex: a 6 or 8 ) then go with your size in the middle (a 7!). As above, if you like “locked and loaded” then you can size down again.

-These have fabrics have lots of stretch, so they can “bag out.” A lot of our customers do size down twice to minimize this!

-We also recommend plus stay true to size in most instances, but sometimes can size down once. Often not twice.
